Trojan Family, We just wanted to inform you that through next Friday (January 28th) masks will continue to be mandatory in all buildings for students and staff during the work/school day. We strongly recommend wearing masking for all who attend after school events. We will continue to evaluate this need for masks each week, and keep everyone informed. Portsmouth City Schools will require masks when students return to school on Monday, January 10th. The mask mandate will be in effect through Friday, January 14th during school hours. Dear Trojan Families Out of an abundance of caution coming back after our lengthy break, Portsmouth City Schools will require masks when students return to school on Wednesday, January 5. The mask mandate will be in effect through Friday, January 7 during school hours. Masks are strongly recommended at all other district events. Trojan Express Christmas Concert Postponed to January 13, 2022 6:30 p.m. Dear Parents, Out of an abundance of caution and with student absences, we are going to reschedule the Trojan Express Christmas Concert to January 13, 2022. They all have worked so very hard and are so excited about it, so I have decided to postpone it rather than cancel it all together. This way everyone will hopefully be well and we can still perform. Dear Parents, Due to several students being in close contact with a student that has tested positive for COVID, we are going to reschedule the 3rd grade Christmas program to January 11, 2022. They all have worked so very hard and are so excited about it, so I have decided to postpone it rather than cancel it all together. This way everyone will hopefully be well and we can still perform. This weekend, the PHS Show Choir students will be performing Mary Poppins! Friday, Nov 19 7:30pm Saturday, Nov 20 7:30pm Sunday, Nov 21 2:30pm Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show. Tickets are on sale in the PHS front office. $5 Student General Admission $10 Adult General Admission $20 Reserved Seating We hope to see you there! Come and support these students for the first public performance since January of 2020. We are excited to finally perform for you!
