PCSD Open House will be on Wednesday, August 21st from 5:00-6:30pm for all schools (EPE, PES, and PHS). Meet the teams will follow in the Main Gym at PHS.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, the High School Academic Achievement Reception has been cancelled for Tuesday, May 21. Awards will be mailed home with report cards. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The High School Academic Achievement Reception (grades 9-12 only) scheduled for Wednesday, May 15th has been postponed until Tuesday, May 21st at 9 a.m. in the PHS auditeria. If your child is to receive an award, you will receive a letter in the mail. Please disregard the date in the letter. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Any student in grades 8-11 interested in auditioning for the 2024-2025 PHS Show Choir, please see Mrs Crandall in room 164 for an audition packet. Auditions will take place Tuesday, May 14th at 2:30pm.

Tax budget public hearing will be held Friday, January 12 2024 at 1:00pm at the Portsmouth City Schools Administrative office.
The new time frame for the completion of the Gallia St. crosswalk is 09/18/2023. This includes a mandatory 7 day cure time before it can be driven on.
Gallia St. will be closed from Grimes St. to Waller St. the rest of the week (9-5-2023 to 9-8-2023). This is to install new raised crosswalks and curbs.
Please use caution when coming into the area due to the changing traffic patterns.
